For nearly 20 years, I have participated in triathlons and running events. And I have enjoyed doing various distances, including Iron-distance triathlons and Ultra running events. But I began just like you, with that FIRST event. All athletes start as beginners. I know the pains, understand the struggles and thrive on conquering a course.
